1.0 Grant of Limited Use
Saudi Data Bureau grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our insights platform strictly for professional, lawful purposes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract raw database structures without explicit written authorization is fundamentally prohibited. Our platform represents thousands of hours of proprietary algorithmic development; we reserve all rights not expressly granted.
2.0 Integrity of Data Insights
All research, predictive modeling, and data visualizations provided are for informational purposes. While we strive for absolute accuracy, Saudi Data Bureau does not guarantee that our platform is immune to the volatility of real-world variables.
Users are responsible for verifying analytical outcomes before making critical investment or operational decisions.
3.0 Proprietary Ownership
The visual design, code architecture, and specific methodologies used to generate insights remain the sole property of Saudi Data Bureau. "Saudi Data Bureau" and its logo are trademarks registered within the GCC. Unauthorized use of our brand identity constitutes a violation of international copyright treaties.

Operations.
To maintain the integrity of our digital ecosystem, the following actions are strictly restricted. Violation of these parameters results in immediate revocation of access.
Notice of Liability

Automated Extraction
Use of spiders, bots, or custom crawlers to index our repository is strictly forbidden unless authorized via our Enterprise API protocols.
Load Exploitation
Actions that impose an unreasonable load on our Riyadh-based infrastructure or interfere with the normal operation of the service are prohibited.
Resale of Insights
Selling, sub-licensing, or distributing the specific reports and data outputs found on this site without a commercial partnership agreement is an infringement.
Identity Fraud
Misrepresenting your affiliation with any Saudi entity or person to gain privileged access to Bureau resources is subject to legal action.

"As-Is" Distribution
Our data platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Saudi Data Bureau makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of services or the total accuracy of external datasets integrated into our models. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from site downtime or decision-making based on platform insights.
Contractual Dissolution
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that we, at our sole discretion, deem detrimental to our mission. Termination is effective immediately and may include the freezing of associated subscription data.
Module 8.2: Service Termination Policy
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Riyadh and the national regulations of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved within the local courts of Riyadh.
Updates to Terms
We modify these terms periodically to reflect shifting data regulations. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new framework.
